Yuko Suzuki(EdTech PhD)

I am a Learning Designer and Producer dedicated to bridging the gap between complex knowledge and human understanding.

My career has centred around a powerful objective: translating intricate concepts into clear, engaging narratives. I have driven this mission across a diverse range of fields:

  • Content Production: Producing educational, factual, and science programmes in collaboration with SMEs for major TV networks.
  • Corporate Communication: Serving as a bilingual presenter to introduce new products and services at high-profile corporate events.
  • Motorsports: Working with an F1 sponsorship agency to translate advanced racing technology into compelling value for corporate partners.

Throughout these varied experiences, I’ve been constantly asking one question: How can we design content, programmes, and presentations that maximise human understanding and retention?

In 2021, amidst the global pandemic, I decided to take this inquiry further. I pursued and successfully completed a PhD to address a long-standing challenge: How can we leverage technology to help humans process and understand information more efficiently? My doctoral research lives at the intersection of cognitive science, educational technology, human-computer interaction (HCI), data visualisation, and Extended Reality (XR).

To bring these insights to the world, I founded Ceriseworks. Built on the three pillars of Analysis, Design, and Delivery, Ceriseworks helps organisations optimise how they communicate. We bring the expertises of:

  • Content Production
  • Corporate Communication
  • Project Management
  • SME Collaboration
  • Learning Science and Technology

By blending media production expertise, cognitive research, and strategic communication design, I deliver integrated solutions that turn complex information into meaningful impact.
